Non-US IDs

Many IDs work in individual regions and are not available in the main store (US). IDs for such cases can be set as ../gb/movie/umc.cmc.13bsu2uirbg9ry2utwqh9ctkb - and such links would work: Q953231#P9586. Is it worth using this filling practice? Based on the scraping, out of 165k IDs: 120k work in the US store and 3.5k work on the GB (UK) store. There are about 184 other regions and individual IDs can also only work there. Perhaps could we use a country or region qualifier to indicate these cases? I'm opposed to changing the format constraint (Q21502404). Josh404 (talk) 16:51, 16 May 2023 (UTC)
