Motivation
editThe David Wojnarowicz Knowledge Base was launched in 2017. Per the site, "As an information resource, it is intended to aid curators, conservators, and others who are researching the work of David Wojnarowicz." The site is referred to as a database, but it is built on MediaWiki and thus the relationships between entities and are not available as structured data or query-able. By indicating items in Wikidata referenced by the Knowledge Base, it will allow them to be better queried and explored, and it can be used to enhance entries in Wikidata. Discussion

- Support David (talk) 05:29, 5 January 2020 (UTC)
- Comment Does this have enough pages to justify its own property? The number of pages that would be linkable to Wikidata items appears small. Trivialist (talk) 02:32, 6 January 2020 (UTC)
- @Trivialist: That's a good point, I could also use described by source (P1343) David Wojnarowicz Knowledge Base (Q80947707) and add the corresponding URL if this is too small of a set. Are there guidelines around sizes of linkable items that warrant a property? Infopetal (talk) 18:28, 6 January 2020 (UTC)
- @Infopetal: I'm not sure of specifics, but generally a few hundred. I don't think there's any specific minimum, though. Trivialist (talk) 21:55, 6 January 2020 (UTC)
- Comment I agree with Trivialist's input and am withdrawing the proposal. I'll be working with this resource but will instead use described by source (P1343) David Wojnarowicz Knowledge Base (Q80947707). Thanks both for weighing in! Infopetal (talk) 14:32, 10 January 2020 (UTC)
