Language constraint

I believe that any taxon found on Wildflowers of Palestine (Q25489909) should have a label in Hebrew, that is, it should have property constraint (P2302)=label in language constraint (Q108139345) with qualifier Wikimedia language code (P424)=he. Geagea, I assume most of the entries in Wildflowers of Palestine (Q25489909) have at least a Hebrew label in them. Maybe not all of them, so make it suggestion constraint (Q62026391) and not mandatory.
