Motivation
editInternational identifer which is issued by European Union Agency for Railways (Q369273) and Intergovernmental Organisation for International Carriage by Rail (Q2333216). It is unique for each railway vehicle keeper in Europe, can be used for databases of railway vehicle keeper (usually carrier, wagon owner, lease companies etc.).
