What do you mean by "notable"?

Sorry, I don't use to create wikidata items. Is there any list of mandatory things to add?

The reason for creating this person item is to make dead people linkable from bionomia.net

That is a project for linking people who contributed with specimens to GBIF scientific biological collections (zoology/botany).

Many of these people are famous zoologists or botanists (like Linnaeus or Darwin), but many other are not "notable" for any reason (anybody can collect a shell at the beach and send it to a museum, so that shell becomes a GBIF-linkable "museum specimen", and that person becomes a bionomia-linkable "specimen collector").

The only thing bionomia and gbif request in order to link these people is they have a wikidata entry with a name and a death date

That date in the newspaper (2021.12.30) must be 100% correct. Is his son who wrote that comment.
