Motivation

I'm not an expert of Slovakia or its monument (I just a seasoned WLM participant and Wikidatian), so please carefully review for any mistake before creation.

In particular, I have a question about the formatter URL :

• apparently none on the official website http://www.pamiatky.sk (the id seems to be split in a strange way inside the URL, so no unique $1)
• maybe it's easier to use our internal monument database: https://tools.wmflabs.org/heritage/api/api.php?action=search&srcountry=sk&srlang=sk&srid=$1&format=html

And apparently, some complex constraint can be set up based on this ID (the first number).

The label and description maybe need some improvement too.

For context : there is a ticket phab:T173007 since 2017 and last month, on the WLM mail list, @Jetam2: ask for help importing the national monument of Slovakia into Wikidata. This identifying property would be much helpful (see this alignment table Wikidata:WikiProject WLM/Mapping tables/sk (sk)).
