I guess you know better than anybody here that those so-called news ("Kimdir, nedir, boyu kaç, sevgilisi kim?" etc) are paid thrash. I only use that kind of stuff if it appears in newspapers and internet sites like Hürriyet, Habertürk et al. Maybe these pages are also promotional, but at least they appear on a "notable" site, and not junk that some red-link users have been using lately to introduce here Turkish businesspeople, models, actors etc that nobody has ever heard of. I believe the news title doesn't matter at all but what written inside. if it's not a promotional user-generated blog site but a news network having an editorial team either it's massive or local or even niche, "Kimdir, nedir, boyu kaç..." content is not related to promotional stuff. After all, it's the news network which cycles every day as usual. So they create "Kimdir, nedir, boyu kaç..." content about people who made an appearance on TV or anywhere really just because they need clicks for their own news network even if it's a major news platform. I told Nikki on his talk page my entity has many appearances on TV as well. Also not all my news sources are about "Kimdir, nedir, boyu kaç..." stuff. I hope this makes sense about what the news network is. So please don't drive this space into a void. And again, I don't see any similarities, at all. Saying "...nobody has ever heard of" is out of notability context as we all know. Notability is not related to fame, respect, or any other label. Notability policies are certain: if the entity is covered by sources, it makes the item notable and anyone can create it or edit it. Because it makes the entity's properties trustworthy which Wikidata mostly cares about. We only care if the data is correct or not as a knowledge graph system just like others such as Schema.org, CIA World Factbook, DBpedia, and Freebase which later turned into Wikidata.org. --Geegolly (talk) 16:09, 21 August 2021 (UTC)

"Purely promotional" is an opinion of the nominator, even though Wikidata has a piss poor threshold for notability and promotion.
