Splitting up this property edit

This property should be splitted up into properties for film/serials and persons:

Films/serials
Game of Thrones (Q23572): http://www.filmweb.pl/film?Id=476848
Dunkirk (Q21935651): http://www.filmweb.pl/film?Id=681141
Persons
Damon Lindelof (Q310556): http://www.filmweb.pl/person?Id=226987

Question what about films that have a "simple" id (without prefix), like Enduring Love (Q129813) -> "Przetrzymac.Te.Milosc" ? --Hsarrazin (talk) 11:20, 14 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

They can be translated into numeric ids as well: http://www.filmweb.pl/film?Id=108549 Queryzo (talk) 16:45, 14 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
Queryzo, How does one look up numeric id for page like http://www.filmweb.pl/Przetrzymac.Te.Milosc ? --Jarekt (talk) 15:27, 20 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
This is taff, one have to look up the websites code, but we can keep P3995 in such cases. Queryzo (talk) 18:40, 20 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

I just proposed both new properties for films and persons: [1] [2] Queryzo (talk) 16:34, 19 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

  • WikiMovieDB uses this frequently. Maybe we should keep a format convenient for them. Are the numbers unique within each type? If not, shouldn't this be just one? What happens with serials?

We can use this property nevertheless but given IDs should be transformed into numeric format if possible and changed into the both new properties. The numbers seem to be unique for film/serials and persons as I know, so we need two properties. Queryzo (talk) 12:34, 20 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
@Queryzo:: Can you please write proposal to split this further into "videogame" and "serial" too? I've spent a lot of time cleaning up the claims and I think it could be useful. -- Meisam (talk) 09:58, 26 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
