Description	indicates for a country or a railway line whether rail traffic usually runs on the left or right hand side. In many countries, this does not coincide with road traffic side (driving side (P1622)).

Motivation

driving side (P1622) is intended only for road transport. A similar property for rail transport is missing, used on whole countries and on railway line (Q728937). Further information: en:Double-track railway#Handedness or de:Mehrgleisigkeit#Fahrordnung in den einzelnen Ländern. It is impressive how complex the situation is worldwide and inside countries. Since in many countries, rail and road traffic side do not coincide, it would cause much confusion if the use of driving side (P1622) was broadened to rail transport. This new property shall be used not only on countries, but on railway line (Q728937), too, because inside the same country, different rail services can have different traffic sides.
