  Keep The previous sitelink has vanished due to deletion from newiki for notability. But I think he meets Wikidata notability. I've added references for him being a leader of a political party, and a candidate in a national election, though I can't find any references at this point for the statement on the wikipedia page (pre deletion) that he actually was a Member of the Constituent Assembly. However there is very little online about that in any language I actually I speak, which makes that somewhat tricky. @Tulsi Bhagat: are you able to confirm whether that statement was true, or why he didn't meet notability on newiki?
