This three elements involve two different concepts. As far as I can see, the two clearly distinct concepts are:

  • Railway / railroad (based on Q22667), i.e. vehicles and infrastructure of train transportation
  • Rail transport (based on Q3565868), i.e. any kind of transport using rails, not only trains, but also urban rail such as underground/subway/metro, trams, funiculars etc.

The third concept (based on Q350783) is unclear and can be hardly distinguished from the previous ones.

For seven languages currently present in rail and rope guided transport (Q350783) I would suggest doing the following:

Update: I see a potential problem with French (and probably Occitan) as it does not seem to have an exact equivalent of rail transport: there is a notion of railway/railroad (fr:Chemin de fer) and a notion "rail transport and cable cars" (fr:Transport guidé), with nothing in between for purely rail transport. First, there is already a request up here about railway (Q22667)/rail transport (Q3565868).
Then there is two families of concept : « transport » (the system globally) and « infrastructure » (an element of the system). On the french wikipédia, two articles about railway : fr:Chemin de fer and fr:Voie ferrée (both expression that can translated as « railway » in english ; but the first is more general like « transport by rail » and the second is more « railroad »…). It's very bit subtle but I think the first article could go to the « transport » family and the second on to the « infrastructure » family.
fr:Transport guidé is completely different, it's in the « transport » family but it's more general, it's a superclass of « railway transport ». I can't find any articles about that concept except on the french and occitan wikipedias.

Hi VIGNERON, and yes, I have seen this discussion. However, I wanted to add a different angle to it by adding one more related element and merging 3 elements into 2. As far as I can see, we already have a large family of notions:
The issue is that while track (Q160342) is a very clear notion (clearly indentifiable, most of languages have a word for this), it is almost impossible to draw a line between the remaining four. en:Rail transport and uk:Рейковий транспорт have exactly the same meaning (i.e. rail (Q633423) + transport (Q7590)) but do not belong to the same element. Many languages have a distinction between a railway and a rail transport (e.g. cs:Železnice is railway and cs:Kolejová doprava is rail transport, i.e. railway + metro + tram + funicular etc.) but not between a railway system and a railway transport. In pt there are pt:Ferrovia and pt:Transporte ferroviário but they are candidates for merging.
I see the problem in the following view. There are 3-4 notions:
1. Infrastructure of railways and stations (probably at railway (Q22667)) and websites and companies... - branch of economics
2. Only railways and probably their net (probably at track (Q160342)). Not clearly distinguishable from previous, for me.
3. Rail transport (for sure at rail and rope guided transport (Q350783))
3. Train transport = rail transport - metro - trams and so on (probably at rail transport (Q3565868))

Macedonicus (Q11774177) has nothing to do with the others as it is about a person named Macedonicus. For the remaining ones... it is complicated. I made some cleanup and got the following:
  • Macedonian (Q568972) for everything related to Macedonian people (or Macedonians)
  • Macedonius (Q3275109) for everything related to Macedonian language (or Macedonian)
  • Macedonia (Q39702), Macedonia (Q15977979), Makedonia (Q1163835), Q1161192 = Macedonia in different spellings. Many languages use different spellings for Macedonia as an independent republic, a Greek and a Bulgarian ethnic territory (the record holder is Hungarian where a Roman province, Greek Macedonia and Republic of Macedonia all have different names); in addition, there are other things (like cities in the USA and Romania or a French salad) named after Macedonia. In the languages I see, dubbing (Q187657) is a stage in film making, whereas voice actor (Q2405480) and dub actor (Q11481802) are occupations which a person can have, so they should not be merged. It is possible that voice actor (Q2405480) and dub actor (Q11481802) should be merged. I see discussion on the Catalan Wikipedia about merging. On the gl Wikipedia they are distinguished [1] [2], but why? But before that, nothing else can be merged on such topics. Q629199 is about the Latin phrase "Suum cuique," meaning "to each his own/may all have their due." Q17101881 is about the German translation of the phrase, "Jedem das Seine", notorious for its use as a WW2 death camp motto. enwiki has articles on each, but all(?) other wikis combine both in one. Several also translate "Suum cuique/Jedem das Seine" into the wiki language (bg,fa,hy,ja,ko,ru). "Jedem das Seine" is a far more common title than "Suum cuique", but I think Q629199 should be the default item anyway. Discussion at en:talk:States and territories of Australia shows that these two groups appear to be about the same topic. As I speak only English and am not familiar with wikidata, I am not comfortable making such a large change without oversight from someone else. @ScottDavis: Hi :) I don't think they are actually the same thing - one is about the states and territories, which are the highest level of subdivision, the other is about subdivisions in general (which includes, but is not limited to, the states and territories), although you do seem to be right that most of them appear to only be talking about the states and territories. The Dutch one isn't though, that's mostly talking about local government area of Australia (Q1867183). ‎I've removed the Slovak sitelink which was redirecting and I've asked on the country subdivision task force page about whether the other links should be moved. - Nikki (talk) 15:40, 17 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It looks too difficult for me, but maybe a good detective can solve the mystery. @Infovarius: Thank you for your answer. First, you are right, this is not 100% the same profession. However, it is about 90% the same thing and that's why I would like a link between fr:Détective and ru:Детектив (профессия). Second, there is another problem: I go to en:Detective. The first item should be about naval ships. I.e. ships that are operated by a navy, independent of if they are intended to be used for combat (i.e. also the transport ships etc).

The second item should be about ships specifically built for combat. While these often belong to a navy (and are thus a subclass of naval ships) I'm not sure that is technically a requirement.

The Wikipedia links (and therefore labels, aliases and possibly even some of the properties) are a mess. Initially almost all of the articles were connected to the second item independently of which of the two concepts they talked about and some likely combine the concepts in the same article.

Most items in scapegoat (Q245122) seem to mix meaning 1 or 2 and meaning 3. I think that when an item mixes two meanings, it should use the more general item.

I don't quite understand why hermaphrodite and hermaphroditism are separate. After removing two links to stubby and not very informative seeming pages from hermaphrodite (eo and uk), there is no overlap left: none of the other language versions seems to have separate pages for these concepts. So I added the statement that hermaphroditism is "said to be the same as" hermaphrodite. I was about to boldly simply merge the two pages, as they seem redundant, when I reconsidered (I saw that hermaphrodite lists hermaphroditism as "has quality") and decided to ask here for advice how to proceed.
